ICMR-RMRC, Gorakhpur is an apex laboratories having well established advance diagnostic facilities which includes molecular, serological and cell culture assays.

We are giving diagnostic services for acute encephalitis syndrome (AES )/ non- AES patients admitted at BRD Medical College, Gorakhpur and other Government hospitals since 2008 in eastern Uttar Pradesh. The molecular and serological tests available for different viral / bacteria are as per the tables 1 & 2.
